Butt Fusion creates strong, leak-free HDPE welds when following proper procedures. We have been supplying polyethylene fittings fabrication machines for over 15 years. To fabricate custom polyethylene fittings for any application, we can make custom-made HDPE Fitting Fusion Welders for your requirement. Our Multi-angle Poly Plastic Fitting Fusion Machines can make butt-fusion fittings from 40mm-2600mm like elbow, bends, tee, cross,wye fabricated fittings. RGH-A315 CNC polyethylene fabrication machines, all systems have been developed in compliance with the so-called machinery directive 2006/42/EC as amended and allow making segments, tees, Y pieces and crosspieces in workable dimensions from O.D. 90 through 315mm. The welding systems are set on a welded or a screwed-fast, heavy-duty, no-warp support frame and the bearings on which move both the horizontally traveling carriages and the heating element and facing tool assembly, are designed as precision-engineered and heavy load-bearing trapeze-shaped guides with precision-matched runner blocks.
1.Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° and 60° ) fittings of PE,PP,PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting , make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
2. Integrated structure. Nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
3. Removable PTFE coated heating plate.
4. Milling plate movement adopts safety switch control to avoid unexpected start.
5. Low Starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
